The brief
Marc Bukowski is a fitness entrepreneur and coach who had built a strong reputation in-person but minimal online presence. His social accounts were dormant with under 500 followers. He needed to establish authority, reach new audiences, and drive traffic to his coaching programmes through short-form video content.
What I found
The barrier was not content quality, it was consistency and system. Marc had great ideas but no content calendar, no batching process, and no understanding of platform algorithms. His videos were long and unedited. Posting was sporadic. There was no hook strategy or call-to-action framework.
What I built
Developed a repeatable short-form video system: 3 hooks per video concept, 15-30 second format, strong open loop in first 3 seconds. Created a content calendar with 2 posts/day across platforms. Batched filming into 2-hour weekly sessions. Built a repurposing workflow where one long-form idea became 5+ short clips. Added clear CTAs driving to newsletter and coaching waitlist.

What changed
In 30 days: followers grew from 500 to 12,900. Monthly views hit 5.8 million. Total interactions (likes, comments, shares) reached 64,000. Profile visits increased 800%. Newsletter sign-ups from social jumped to 340 in month one. Marc now has a content system that runs without daily manual posting.
“Mark took ownership of our social media strategy and transformed our online presence. His content planning, consistency, and understanding of audience engagement helped us grow our reach, increase engagement, and present a much stronger brand online.”
