Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and MARKETIVE HUB SRL ("Marketive Hub", "we"), the maker of Atlas. By using Atlas you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company.
What Atlas does
Atlas is a CRM for your company's customers, deals, hiring and documents. We keep improving it, so features can change. We'll tell you before we remove something you rely on.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away at mark@marketivehub.com if you think someone else got in.
Using it fairly
Don't use Atlas to break the law, to send spam, to harm others, or to try to break or copy the app. When Atlas connects to other services (for example Google or LinkedIn), you also follow their rules.
Your data stays yours
Everything you put into Atlas stays yours. We use it only to run the app for you, as the privacy policy explains. You can export it, and delete it, at any time.
Availability
We work hard to keep Atlas running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be down or never have a bug. Back up anything you can't afford to lose.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit or lost business). Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, or 100 EUR for free use. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Atlas at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why. After an account closes, you have 30 days to export your data before we delete it.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Romania. Its courts decide any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to your own courts.
