Who I am and how to contact me
Marketive Hub is a marketing and IT consultancy run by Mark. If you have any question about this policy or about the data I hold on you, email mark@marketivehub.com.
What data I collect
I only collect what you choose to give me. When you use the booking form, that is your name, email address, an optional website URL and a short note about what you want help with. If you email me directly, I receive whatever you include in that message. I also collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics about how the site is used (see Analytics and cookies below).
How I use it
I use the details from the booking form and your emails to reply to you, run the free audit, and deliver any work we agree on. I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for advertising or send you marketing you did not ask for.
Legal basis for processing
I process your enquiry on the basis of your consent when you submit the form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where I keep basic records of work done, I rely on my legitimate interest in running and accounting for the business.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that measures page views and traffic without cookies and without building a profile of you across sites. The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The booking form uses only what is technically necessary to submit your request.
Third parties and data processors
A small number of trusted providers process data on my behalf so the site and booking flow work: Vercel (website hosting, analytics, and secure storage of booking submissions) and Hostinger (email and the mail server that delivers your enquiry to me). Each processes data only to provide its service.
How long data is kept
I keep enquiry and correspondence data only as long as needed to respond and to deliver work, plus a reasonable period for business and accounting records. When it is no longer needed, I delete it.
Your rights
You can ask me to confirm what data I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email mark@marketivehub.com and I will respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you believe I have mishandled your data, please contact me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed; material changes will be reflected here.
