Who. These terms are between you and MARKETIVE HUB SRL (CUI 55660020, Drum Ghindari nr. 73A, Bl. Jovial 3, Et. P, Ap. SC4, Sector 5, București), the maker of Beacon. By using Beacon you accept them, for yourself or for the company you use it for.

What Beacon does. Beacon finds companies at a buying moment and turns them into leads for you: companies that are hiring (from public LinkedIn posts), new and growing companies (from the Trade Register), and companies that won a public contract, got EU funding or are in the news (from public sources). It runs on your own computer.

Licence. You get a 14-day free trial. After that you need a licence key. One key is for one computer. Keys are checked on your computer, without contacting us. Don't share or resell a key.

Using it fairly. Beacon only reads public posts. It never posts, likes or sends messages for you. You are responsible for using LinkedIn, Telegram and any other connected service within their own rules, and for how you use the leads (for example, contacting people lawfully).

Your data. What Beacon finds and what you add stays on your computer and is yours. See the privacy policy.

No guarantees. We work hard to make Beacon useful and reliable, but we can't promise it will find a set number of leads, that LinkedIn won't change, or that it will be free of errors.

Liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for your licence in the last 12 months.

Ending. You can stop using Beacon at any time. We may cancel a key used against these terms.

Changes. If these terms change in a way that matters, Beacon tells you before the change applies.

Law. Romanian law applies. The courts of București decide any dispute, unless your own law gives you the right to go to your local courts.
