Slate · Terms of use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Who. These terms are between you and MARKETIVE HUB SRL (CUI 55660020, Drum Ghindari nr. 73A, Bl. Jovial 3, Et. P, Ap. SC4, Sector 5, București), the maker of Slate. By using Slate you accept them.

What Slate does. Slate catalogues a photo and video library in Google Drive into a Google Sheet. It reads your files and never changes, moves or deletes them.

Using it fairly. Only catalogue libraries you have the right to use. You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for your own Gemini usage and its costs.

Costs. Slate is free. Describing photos and videos uses Google's Gemini, which Google bills to your own Gemini account. Slate shows what it spends and stops at the budget you set.

No guarantees. Slate's descriptions are written by AI and can be wrong. Check what matters. We can't promise Slate will be free of errors or that Google's services won't change.

Liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and, since Slate is free, our total liability is limited to 100 EUR.

Ending. You can stop using Slate at any time and disconnect it from your Google account (Google Account → Security → Third-party access).

Changes. If these terms change in a way that matters, Slate tells you.

Law. Romanian law applies. The courts of București decide any dispute, unless your own law gives you the right to go to your local courts.
